True Storage

True Storage

Project Synopsis

The completion of the 969-unit True Storage facility signifies a transformative step in building repurposing.

Blackhawk successfully completed True Storage's 25th Class A self-storage facility at 994 Oglesby Bridge Rd SE in Conyers, GA. This conversion project exemplifies Blackhawk's ability to repurpose underutilized spaces into modern storage solutions that meet community needs. The site, previously a Food Lion grocery store, now offers over 80,000 net rentable square feet across 969 climate-controlled units, alongside a Dollar Tree and a Goodwill.

“This conversion is an exciting expansion of our Georgia portfolio, and is a true showcase of our teams ability to transform a property. We are excited to be part of the Conyers community and have enjoyed working with local contractors and City Officials throughout the entire development process.”
